Founder & Creative Strategist

Ehsan Afshar is a founder and creative strategist based in Berlin. His work sits at the intersection of communication, publishing, narrative media and cultural production, developing ideas into projects, formats and ventures across text, sound and image.

His professional background spans strategic communication, brand development, digital media and creative direction. Over the years, he has worked across commercial and cultural contexts, from corporate communication and identity development to publishing, audio production and independent cultural initiatives.

He holds a Master of Arts in Social and Business Communication from the Berlin University of the Arts and a BA in Journalism and Public Relations from Allameh Tabataba’i University in Tehran.

He is currently a doctoral researcher at Freie Universität Berlin, in Byzantine Studies, studying how narratives transform encounters into credible knowledge.

Through Kernel, Schrifton and Gharar School, his work takes shape in strategic projects, publishing and narrative media, and coaching and learning formats. ATTENTURE remains a separate conceptual inquiry into attention, uncertainty and action.
